Thursday 28th Jan was the day for the reunion of ex Radio Officers, which is held annually on the Bar Light Ship with a lovely spread put together by the Light Ship crew. Lot’s of memories and stories were shared, not all in morse code.

This was the project that really initiated this site. It was a collaboration between National Museums Liverpool, Liverpool University and Re-Dock, looking at particular place and time – the south-central Liverpool waterfront from to the 1950s to the 1970s.
